As we continue in the first Hundred Days of the Return of Donald Trump I thought it would be a perfect time to discuss the Great Conundrum facing both the American people and the people of the world. It has coming up 60 days since Trump was inaugurated and we are well into having to face a constitutional crises. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The conundrum we face is both are we in the crises now or not and how do we deal with it. Both questions are both easy and difficult at the same time. First let me put my position on these issues. Personally I do not think we are in a Constitutional Crises, Yet. We are on the cusp of the crises and almost anything will push us over the edge. Almost any action by almost any person could push us over. There is still time to back away from the crises, unfortunately one side has no incentive to back off while the other side has every reason to stand firm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trump and MAGA (read DOGE) have great incentive to keep on pushing. They have much to gain. The unlimited power of the Unitary Executive is within their grasp. They are also at the point that if they back off some very bad things could happen to them. This is more significant to people like Musk (DOGE) as they do not have the complete immunity that Donald Trump has as the President. They could face some major criminal charges for their actions. Trump wont. The opposition has been pushed to where thier back is to the wall. If they give much more then Trump will achieve his goal of a Unitary Executive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now let me be clear, I a pose the whole idea of the Unitary Executive, completely. To me it is just another justification for Autocracy. Trump, Musk, DOGE and MAGA may say they support democracy, but they don\u2019t. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

So what do we do? The answer is simple and hard. The simple part is taking note of what they do while disregarding what they say they are doing. Only actions count. We also need to accept that there are many people who will not see what is happening. People who want to believe with all their heart and soul that Trump is doing \u201cGood\u201d and it is only \u201cthose people\u201d, the \u201cLiberals\u201d etc who are deliberately misrepresenting what he doing. It will take time but some, hopefully a great many, Americans will finally see what he is and does. It is both a waste of time and energy and counterproductive to try and get them to see it. They can also get very angry with you for trying to. So don\u2019t. Wait till they actually feel what is being done to themselves. We are all ready seeing this happen. They are getting mad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The hard part is making contingency plans for what you are going to do when the crises brakes. Great Constitutional Crises are not dealt with by the President nor the Congress nor the Courts, it dealt with by the people.The people need to stand firm and say \u201cNo This Will Not Stand! So now is the time to think and organize. Now is the time to say \u201cI may not be able to do much but what little I can do I will.\u201d It is the time to reach out to others. It is a time to join with those who are already in the fight. To tell them \u201cI want to help. Tell me How.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I will not tell you who you should reach out to, you know who they are much better than I do. I will suggest you attend your senator(s) and congressmen\/women town hall if you possible can. Come prepared with questions. Even one question is all that is needed sometimes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Great Constitutional Crises of the 21st Century is coming. Be ready!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
